Anne-Marie and Alex had discovered beautiful old steps in some woodland near Ireby in Cumbria, they felt the magic and knew this was where they needed to literally - tie the knot! They chose to have a very special ceremony in this magical woodland setting with a small gathering of close family and friends.

The day was sunny and joyful and so relaxed. I spent some time with Anne-Marie at their home close by then headed to the woods - lit by fairy lights and dapples of sunlight. Afterwards was pizza, salads and bubbly on the lawn overlooking the lake district. They had a dream and made it happen, just the way they wanted.
