Harriet's maternity shoot | Cotherstone, Teesdale

I remember the last 2 weeks before my second daughter Bobby was born and it felt quite surreal and definitely different to when I was due with my first, Ava. You know a bit what it will be like this time but two will be a big change to one, and a completely new personality will be in the mix. Life will change forever, you know that much. Harriet was pregnant here with her third baby and I could feel the calm before the new adventure begins.

A shoot with Harriet is always powerful and real to me. She doesn't hide anything, you can really see her. Here she is on a cold November day with her beloved chickens and Indie the dog, at home in Cotherstone.
