When I turned up to Cambridge a few weeks ago I wasn’t expecting cold weather and hail stones! Never easy for a photographer, especially one that shoots film! We got through it though, found shelter when needed and had a fab time! Kate and Alex are both really lovely and it was great to get to meet them before their wedding in August. I think it is so important to do that as I will be there for a big part of such a special day, it really helps the photos flow if we have all spent some time together and had a shoot first. Kate and Alex wanted to show what life is like in Cambridge through the photos, the fact that you see cows in the parks in the city, the beautiful doorways and buildings and of course the bikes, it is such a picturesque place, I was very happy to explore it with them.
I absolutely can’t wait for their wedding which will be held in 2 stunning venues in beautiful Cambridge. Their lovely friend Emma came along too so it will be really nice to have another person to know on the day, someone who has promised she will also be a great helper! Some of my favourites from the day - I think you will agree at how much their playful personalities and close relationship shine through <3
